The "BroadSoft / Salesforce Connector" seamlessly integrates a users telephony capabilities with one of the most respected business productivity tools, Saleforce.com CRM.

The Salesforce Connector provides an unparalleled way for users to communicate with customers and business partners by enabling users to access advanced voice features from within their Salesforce.com account. For incoming calls, the application retrieves and displays that caller’s contact record information. The user can then determine the best person to help that individual by either answering the call or forwarding it to a more appropriate person directly from their desktop. Placing outbound calls are just as easy, simply click on the contact name to place the call.
