Installation Questions

1. How do I install my SimpleSignal device?
If you have ordered a device from SimpleSignal it will be preconfigured so you simply plug and play.

2. After I receive my phones, how do I get them to work?
After receiving your preconfigured phones simply plug them in. You will want to make sure you plug in the power cord to the wall and your other cord into the Internet. You will see a LAN port on the back of your phone. Plug the opposite end of the cord that you have plugged into the Internet into this port. You should see your phone power on. Simply wait for your phone to register with our system and you will then be able to make and receive phones calls.

3. How do I set up my voicemail and other SimpleSignal features?
To set up your voicemail for the first time from your cell phone simply dial your number. You will hear our default greeting. At that time you will want to press the * key and enter our default password of 123456. You will then follow the prompts and set up your voice mail. We encourage you to reset your password. If you are calling in from your Polycom phone you will want to press the message key. You will see a connect button appear in the middle of your phone above one of your soft keys. Press the connect button and enter your default password of 123456. At this point follow the prompts and you will be able to set up your voicemail. We encourage you to reset your voicemail once prompted to.

4. How do I move, add or change voice lines?
It’s as simple as logging into your administrator dashboard and following the instructions. With a few clicks of your mouse, the changes or additions have been made!

1. How can I reach SimpleSignal Customer Service?
SimpleSignal technical support is open from 6am-6pm Monday-Friday. You may call outside those hours for emergency issues only. To reach support call 303.242.8616.
