We are excited to announce that Simple Signal has upgraded its billing platform in
our efforts to constantly improve our customer service. Effective June 1, 2010 you will
have access to our SimpleSignal account portal to view your Call Detail Record (CDR).
Your current CDR portal (www.eipbilling.com)
has been replaced with our new SimpleSignal portal.
In the new portal you can:
- View your bill
- View your daily usage
- View past payments
- Create custom reports

Instructions to view your Call Detail Record (CDR):
- Login into Account Portal
- Click on Customizable Reports under the Reports section.
