Salesforce.com Rides Chatter Momentum Toward $2 Billion

Salesforce’s expanding product set and soaring enterprise sales make it the most influential cloud-software company in the world. Salesforce.com’s fiscal fourth-quarter revenue will top $450 million and its torrid 25% annual growth rate will continue this year on the strength of the company’s “ever-expanding cloud portfolio,” a leading software analyst said in a research note Sunday.

And now Salesforce is known by the masses because of their clever animated Superbowl spots featuring the Black Eyed Peas floating on their own little personal clouds.

We are big fans of Salesforce at SimpleSignal. Our team all uses Chatter and we love it! It’s Facebook-at-work-meets-IM, and it’s fast becoming an effective business communications tool for every one of us. I know that last blog was a little “salesy”. Sorry, sometimes I get so
into the cool stuff we are working on I feel like everyone should be
