What is the best thing about voice to text for me? Archiving the voice mails on my laptop. I get so many important voice mails that it is essential to me to have a record of conversations that I can refer back to. By getting my voice mail emailed to me, whether on the go or at my desk I can easily listen to and then archive a voice mail message for later use.

I think one of the largest benefits of Voice2Text is the ability to have it filed and recalled. Every contact does not get added to my contacts file, but I can recall a conversation and/or message and if it has been converted to text, it is now filed in an email folder or networked folder for future recall. It also makes it more memorable for me when I can read a message. It also is easy to cut and paste into CRM software for easy recall. The copying of voice messages by hand is a thing of the past.
