Every contact does not get added to my contacts file, but I can recall a conversation and/or message and if it has been converted to text, it is now filed in an email folder or networked folder for future recall. It also makes it more memorable for me when I can read a message. It also is easy to cut and paste into CRM software for easy recall. The copying of voice messages by hand is a thing of the past.
