SimpleSignal’s C-level management team consists of these men whose backgrounds and experience make them ideally suited to their respective roles. A brief review of the experience and expertise they bring to SimpleSignal are as follows:
David Gilbert, Founder and President, brings 20 years of experience in founding and developing companies. Dave’s proven track record as a startup entrepreneur and personal significant monetary investment makes him ideally prepared to lead SimpleSignal. In 2005, Dave gathered a management team, engineering staff and sales force in Denver and Orange County and successfully launched
SimpleSignal. Dave holds a BS degree and two master degrees from Biola University.
Preston Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, brings over two decades of executive-level, early stage company experience to SimpleSignal. As an entrepreneur in both the healthcare services and high technology sectors, he co-founded two companies, serving as president and CEO. As a key executive in these organizations, he spearheaded the raising of private capital, leading to the successful public offering of one of his companies, QualMark Corporation. One year following the IPO, QualMark was named by Deloitte Touche as one of the twenty five fastest growing technology companies based in Colorado.
He is a veteran organizer of fast growth enterprises, not only as a strategist but also as a highly successful team builder and implementer of business plans. Preston holds Masters and Doctorate degrees from Pepperdine University and Clairmont Graduate University.
Jeff Pelletier, Senior Engineer, brings an in-depth and high level experience to SimpleSignal. He has over 13 years experience in telecommunications that span both traditional voice and VoIP technologies. His background includes Nortel, MCI, and Level 3 Communications, amongst others. While working with these companies he has become an expert in voice network architecture, design and implementation.
Jeff’s recent work with session border controllers at Level 3 Communications resulted in 2 patents pending relating to session border controllers and CALEA functionality.
